  • LIVE & INTERACTIVE CLASS: This is a 12-week live class. We will meet once per week for 1 hour 
  • Get YOUR questions answered. You will have the opportunity to get your question answered by Johann directly by sending your questions via email ahead of time or messaging your questions to her on the live chat. 
  • Creating Balance:  Balance is key for many reasons: If you have seen people work on one area of their life and then neglect another, we all know that can cause more problems. Or, some people  even avoid certain areas of their life because they don't know how to fix them, or feel like they are too painful and can't fix them. Maybe that's you? Maybe not? For others they don't realise that one area of life IS affecting the other. Though most people don't realise it, this is common. You will want to remember that balance is the key to your health, success and true happiness. You may wonder if working on these top areas of life all at once will be overwhelming? however, the goal is balance. For that reason, we will address only the top 1 or 2 things that are needed to help you get movement in the right direction!
