- LIVE & INTERACTIVE CLASS: This is a 12-week live class on Zoom. We will meet once per week for 1 hour
- Get YOUR questions answered. You will have the opportunity to get your question answered by Johann directly by sending your questions ahead of time or asking your questions live.
- Creating Balance: Balance is key for many reasons: If you have seen people work on one area of their life and then neglect another, we all know that can possibly cause more problems. Or, some people even avoid certain areas of their life because they don't know how to fix them, or feel like they are too painful and can't fix them. Maybe that's you? Maybe not? For others they don't realise that one area of life IS affecting the other. Though most people don't realise it, this is common. You will want to remember that balance is the key to your health, success and true happiness.
- Lifetime Access to the Class recordings. In addition to live calls, you'll have access to replays of the classes (sent to you within 24 hours of the live class).
